Time, Place & Commitment

The typical schedule for an intern within our agency would be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or on a Saturday if needed. However, we understand flexibility is important, so specific hours and days can be tailored to accommodate the intern's availability and academic commitments. The intern will primarily work remotely, where they'll perform their duties. Additionally, depending on the nature of tasks or projects, there might be opportunities for community visits as part of outreach programs or events. We aim to provide a dynamic environment that allows for administrative collaboration and engagement within the community.

We typically seek a commitment of at least 3 or 4 months from our interns. This is tailored to each school semester. This duration allows for meaningful involvement in ongoing projects, adaptation to the role, and a substantial contribution towards our goals. Regarding weekly commitment, we anticipate the intern dedicating approximately 10-15 hours per week. This commitment ensures the intern has ample time to engage in tasks, contribute effectively, and benefit from the learning and development opportunities provided within the agency. The university policy will determine other hours.
