The Plant, Tallahassee's community DIY center, needs your help!
Our facility operates through the generous donation of time from community members like you, and we always need hands to help The Plant stay open and operating.
Our current hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday 6-9pm, and Saturday-Sunday 2-5pm, and we have many shifts available. Volunteer duties include opening/closing, greeting, simple cleaning tasks (wiping counters, taking out garbage, sweeping floors), organizing art supplies/books/clothing rack, restocking kitchen supplies, and managing bathroom.
In addition to regular volunteer shifts, The Plant utilizes a broad range of skillsets from our volunteers, including grant writing, social media, and event management, so plug in with any of your other talents!
