The Learning Pavillion-Librarian Assistant Intern
Major Objectives
The main purpose of this department is to provide inclusive, high-quality early childhood education for families who live, work, or attend school in the greater Tallahassee area. The volunteer’s role is to help assist the facility in maintaining a developmentally appropriate program.
Responsibilities
Job duties include repairing broken books, coding each book by genre, collecting books from neighboring classrooms, and providing a detailed list of books that need to be ordered to their supervisor.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Organization skills.
Time, Place & Commitment
This position will be located outside of the library at The Learning Pavilion’s Preschool Building. We are looking for interns for Tuesday-Thursday from 2:30-5:30 PM for this position.
A semester (4 months)
