Grace Mission is seeking an assistant volunteer coordinator to increase the effectiveness of the Grace Mission Volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition program.
Areas of support include:
General Office:
- Answering phones, taking messages, returning calls, greeting visitors, receiving donations
- Operating a variety of office equipment including copier, desktop computer, multi-line phone and fax machine
Volunteer Program Support:
- Receiving and reviewing volunteer applications
- Preparing orientation materials, setting appointments and conducting tours
- Participating in recruitment events
- Assisting with volunteer recognition activities.
Special Event support:
Assist with planning and participate in special events including fundraisers, holiday dinners, and quarterly food giveaways.
