Backpack Bash
Backpack Bash is an event held in the fall right before the beginning of the school year. The goal of the event is to provide backpacks and supplies for children in families with low resources. The first Backpack Bash was held in 2015 by the Tallahassee chapter of the ICE Foundation. Since then, the Foundation has impacted 225 students in Tallahassee, 140 students in Jacksonville, 80 students in South Florida and 90 students in Orlando. The Gulf area alone has impacted a total of 1,520 students over the course of the last few years.
