Horticulture Club:
The Horticulture Club is designed for those passionate about plants and the environment. This club offers a hands-on learning experience in growing and nurturing plants, exploring various gardening techniques, and delving into plant science principles. Through educational projects, club members can share their knowledge, foster sustainability, and promote the beauty and importance of plant life.
When?
This club meets every other Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 5:30pm. Next year this meeting time will be moved to 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The program runs from September 1st to May 17th.
Who?
Our Horticulture club accepts youth members from ages 8 to 18, we currently have 6 active members. This opportunity will allow for volunteers to assist our current lead volunteer run club meetings.
What?
The current project the youth members learn about gardening and plant science. We provide any materials that our volunteers need to facilitate this club. For more information, please visit the link below:
