We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that currently has 14 rescue horses and 1 donkey that we are caring for. Caring for horses, especially ones who have been mistreated, abandoned, and neglect is an expensive endeavor. As such, we are looking for volunteers who have grant writing experience to help us locate grant opportunities and complete the application process.
We are are a 100% volunteer organization and could not provide care for the rescues without our dedicated volunteers. We appreciate all of our volunteers and offer them opportunities to earn riding time as we offer guided trail rides through the Apalachicola National Forest.
