We currently have 14 rescue horses and 1 donkey at 4 Steps Horse Rescue located at Crazy 8 Ranch. We are looking for volunteers to help with cleaning the horse pens, grooming horses, tack cleaning, feedings, cleaning water troughs, and other ranch related activities. You do not need prior horse experience. We will teach you everything you need to know. There is also an opportunity to earn riding time as we offer guided trail rides through the Apalachicola National Forest.
We are a 100% volunteer organization and could not care for our rescues without our dedicated volunteers. Thank you for your interest in giving us a hand. We look forward to hearing from you.
