Title

Teen Advisory Board Volunteer

 

Objectives 

The Teen Advisory Board  Volunteer –  will uphold the mission of the library by researching and presenting youth directed programing to engage more teens with the library.  

Responsibilities

  • Meet 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month to discuss, plan, coordinate, and present Teen centered programs

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be, self -motivated, and able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must have basic Computer literacy.
  • Must be able to learn library policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in communicating courteously and efficiently with diverse people.
  • Dependability

Commitment

Monthly virtual and in-person meetings and events 1st and 3rd Thursday 4-5pm 

Programs held at Main and Northeast Library Branch locations
