Volunteers are needed to assist the public on Monday, May 20, 2019 during the dramatic reading of the 1865 Emancipation Proclamation on the steps of the Knott House Museum with celebration in Lewis Park afterwards. Volunteers are needed to serve lunch, assist with craft activity, greet the public and distribute information.
