This position will vary as the needs occur. Volunteer will need to be flexible. May need some strong people to carry stuff! Duties could include assisting with setting up vendor areas on Saturday, stocking and restocking the VIP area, keeping coolers at performance stages stocked with water and ice, driving golf carts transporting staff and equipment throughout the park (only for volunteers 21 years or older), staffing information tents and fielding questions from patrons, managing parking at VIP parking lots, and other duties as needed throughout the weekend.

| Inclement Weather Plan: The festival venues will be distributed to other venues throughout Tallahassee, including the Moon, Fifth and Thomas and other similar venues. Volunteers will be assigned to assist in each location as needed. | |
