The Knott House Museum will be presenting 1932's The Mummy directed by Karl Freund and starring Boris Karloff and Arthur Byron in the courtyard at 7:00p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2016. A film historian will discuss the film's cultural role in history before the film begins. This is very popular for community members looking for outdoor seasonal events to attend.
The $5 admission fee for guests includes popcorn.
Volunteers are needed from 6:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. to serve refreshments, sell tickets, greet and usher guests, and assist with clean up.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of 18 years or older.
The Museum cannot provide a volunteer opportunity in the case of persons having been convicted of, or pled no contest, or been found guilty of a crime that is a felony or misdemeanor, or is seeking court-ordered community service hours.
