Florida High is honored to have been asked to take on this event and continue the tradition for our community and visiting teams. We know this tournament simply wouldn't be possible without the time, energy, and support of our volunteers.
Below you will find the different volunteer slots available during the two-day tournament. Please make sure to pay close attention to the date and timeframe for the slot you select.
* Ticket Table - Volunteers will assist guests with: purchasing 1-day or 2-day tickets (cash or card); placing the correct armband on each guest; tracking attendance by noting: total number of guests and number of out of town guests.
* CCC T-Shirt Table - Volunteers will: encourage guests to purchase this year’s CCC Tournament Shirt; assist with shirt selection and sizing; help manage inventory and keep the table organized.
* Concession - Volunteers will: assist with selling drinks, snacks, and other concession items; help restock items as needed; keep the concession area clean and organized.
* Down Markers - Volunteers will: hold the down marker on the sideline to show which down it is; follow the referees instructions throughout the game; shifts are 3 hours to cover two games.
* Field Assignment Runner - Volunteers will: direct teams and fans to the correct fields; help keep foot traffic moving smoothly; provide quick guidance to anyone needing field location assistance.
* Field Monitors - Volunteers will: ensure fields are set up and ready for play; check in with referees to confirm they have what they need; monitor field flow and report any issues to tournament staff.
* Hospitality Room Monitor - Volunteers will: welcome coaches and officials as they enter the hospitality area; help restock drinks and snacks as needed; keep the space tidy, organized, and inviting
