Grace Mission is seeking a culinary assistant to assist the Chef in planning and preparing for large volume hot meal preparation and service at Grace Mission five days a week; and to maintain and monitor inventory and pantry rotation ensuring adherence to USDA guidelines for food storage and use. The number of people fed varies between 60 – 150 depending on the meal, time of the year and weather.
Ability to communicate well with others in a supervisory role and food manager certification is desired.
