Office Assistant
Major Objectives:
OIDA is dedicated to assisting individuals in making them into productive "OIDA is dedicated to assisting individuals in making them into productive individuals in society. OIDA works closely and daily with the Courts to ensure that all cases are disposed of quickly. The individual in this position will assist with scanning court documents to the courts along with filing non-client release packets received from First Appearance for warehouse, preparing other documents in OIDA for warehouse storage along with helping to surplus items to surplus and other duties as requested.
Responsibilities:
Assist with scanning documents, filing non-clients and also preparing non-clients for warehouse storage, assist
sending items to surplus and also assist front desk with phone coverage and filing. Assist with other duties as required."
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft suite, knowledge of use of printers, scanners and fax machines, also experience in answering multiline phones. Good customer service experience.
Volunteer work performed in an office setting with same or similar duties as listed above. On-the-job training is provided.

9:00 am-2:00 p.m. M-F
Commitment:
11 months. Must be willing to commit 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship period. Must be dependable, prompt, and professionally dressed, and enjoy working with people from varied socio-economic backgrounds. No field work required.
