Providing refreshments and snacks during ball games. Working concessions and grill, cleaning up after games, maintaining product inventory list, trash clean up, equipment cleaning and maintenance, and recruitment of team sponsors.  Clerical duties consist of ordering uniforms, data entry, organizing and tracking of all paperwork need from players by deadlines, entering game statistics into computer in order to calculate players statistics, making flyers for upcoming sign ups and mailing to all returning eligible players, and other clerical duties as required.
