Advocating to place automated extrenal defibrillators in public places, including airports, golf courses and malls.
Advocating to ensure food labels include appropriate nutritional information to promote healthy choices.
Helping hospitals implement a process to improve cardiac and stroke patient outcomes.
Lowering the amount of calories consumed by your children at school.
Advancing surgical techniques, developing the artificial valve, pacemakers and cardiac stents.
Establishing guidelines and promoting CPR skills among people of all ages.

Accepting Volunteers: 18+ (will accept court-ordered volunteers) depends on charges & background check.
What We Do
Provides public and private information education. Educational efforts are provided in the areas of research, worksite, schoolsite, and communitysite programs. Serves Leon County community site program. Assistants needed to help out with light office work
