Who We Are
BuddyKnit works to establish an enduring support structure for foster youth as well as those at risk of entering the system, empowering them to reach their full potential. We support kids in crisis by surrounding them with a compassionate community.
What We Do
BuddyKnit offers educational and companionship support services to children in foster care from their peers. We recruit middle and high school-aged volunteers and match them with youth at a local school, who meet weekly at the mentee's school.
