Volunteer: Accelerate Tutoring Program

The Accelerate Tutoring program is a new initiative in the Tallahassee area. We are seeking innovative volunteers for tutoring/mentoring opportunities. Our program places an emphasis on small group and one on one interactions between each child and mentor/tutor. Our goal is to provide personalized academic support to each child while preparing them for the future. We target learning issues that hinder children from being top performers among their peers. We also utilize creativity through the use of art/creativity to develop skills necessary to conquer obstacles that hinder them from learning.
