The Knott House Museum will be presenting 1941's animated feature Mr. Bug Goes to Town in the parlor at 4:00p.m. on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Film and animation historian Mery-Et Lescher will discuss the film's production as the last feature by Fleischer Studios before the studios were sold to Paramount.
The $5 admission fee for guests includes refreshments after the film.
Volunteers are needed from 3:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. to serve refreshments, sell tickets, greet and usher guests, and assist with clean up.
Note: Volunteers CANNOT have been convicted of, or pled no contest, or been found guilty of a crime that is a felony or misdemeanor, or seek court-ordered community service hours at the Museum as we cannot provide a volunteer opportunity in that case.
Minors can volunteer if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
