Goodwood Museum & Gardens is seeking dependable, friendly volunteers to help make our events and fundraisers run smoothly.

Event volunteers are essential to creating a welcoming and organized experience for our guests at the fundraisers that help support the 180+ year-old museum and gardens.

Event Volunteer Duties May Include:

  • Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival to events/fundraisers
  • Providing directions and answering event-related questions
  • Assisting with event setup and breakdown
  • Managing food and beverage stations
  • Overseeing game/activity stations
  • Monitoring activity or exhibit areas
  • Supporting raffle or auction tables
  • Distributing programs, wristbands, or event materials
  • Maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies as needed
  • Running errands or assisting with last-minute needs
  • Helping ensure guest safety and effective crowd flow

Flexible scheduling available.

Further opportunities are available for volunteers to help in the planning and development stages of events.

All events will be held at Goodwood Museum & Gardens (1600 Miccosukee Road, Tallahassee).
