Volunteer River Boat Guide

Do you love to tell stories?  Do you love the natural world?  Can you learn to operate a 40 passenger tour boat?  You may have what it takes to be a Wakulla Springs River Boat Tour Guide!  You will learn how to interpret the Wakulla River and its wildlife to park visitors.  You will need to operate the boat safely, provide excellent customer service, work as part of a team and assist with maintenance.  This is an excellent opportunity to give back to your community and enrich the lives of park visitors while spending time in our beautiful state park working with park rangers.  Service recognition includes an annual dinner, hours milestone pins and park passes.
