September 11th is a National Day of Service and Remembrance. For the past five years, Leon County and hundreds of citizens have participated in service projects as a way to honor 9/11 victims, survivors, and others who rose up in service in response to the attacks.
This year, working with the Council of Neighborhoods Association, we are joining with the Deer Tree Hills Neighborhood in a Neighborhood Improvement Service Day.
Please join Leon County Government and Deer Tree Hills residence on August 23, 2018 as we help to transform the homes and lives of some living in the neighborhood.
Volunteer Teams will arrive at 8:00am for a full day of Painting, Soft Washings, and Lawn Maintenance.
