Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend is currently recruiting mentors to support our youth. The minimum time commitment is one hour per week or four hours a month depending on the program option that best fits your schedule.
School-Based program – This is a 9 month commitment (school year) and mentors and little meet during the school day or in the afterschool program. Matches meet once a week for about an hour.
Community Based program – This is a one year commitment. These matches can meet in the community (park, playground, etc.). The mentor has contact with the parent/guardian to arrange time to week during the week or on the weekends. Matches meet for a minimum of four hours per month.
