Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance website pages to improve visual appeal and user experience
Update website content using our content management system (CMS)
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and keyword optimization
Improve website navigation, page layout, and accessibility
Optimize images and other website assets for performance and search visibility
Monitor website analytics and SEO performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with our mission
Collaborate with team members to support new website features, campaigns, and digital initiatives
Troubleshoot basic website issues and recommend improvements for usability and functionality

Qualifications
Familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles
Interest in web design, user experience (UX), and accessibility
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a remote team
Experience with HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, or graphic design tools is a plus, but not required
