Arts and Crafts Instructor Duties and Responsibilities

  Set up and maintain your arts & crafts room so that it is suitable and inviting for the children, keeping your work area tidy and resources regularly stocked up   Follow policies and procedures to make sure the children in your care will have fun in a safe environment  Plan and deliver a wide variety of exciting and safe creative activities that are age relevant   Providing safety instructions and demonstrations of equipment and ensure these are adhered to   Working alongside other staff members who may assist with your sessions Creating prototypes to display  Depending on the size of class/ camp there may be more than one Arts & Crafts Instructor, therefore you may need to job share and liaise with each other   Maintain a tidy site/base rooms and ensure all equipment is packed away

Identify speech topics and researching on the same  Interact with the audience and answering any of their questions  Check microphone, speakers, and the sound quality prior to the speech, if applicable Conduct workshops/seminars and presentations  Present information about speaker’s company’s services and products, if applicable Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments  Ensure the audience is engaged throughout the speech  Assist in marketing workshops
