Hello my name is Tammy Bollhoefer and I am the Operations Manager and Volunteer Coordinator for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tallahassee. We are currently seeking volunteers to help with our fundraising event, RMHC 22th Annual Stone Crab Fest, on Nov.8, 2019. This is our only event and 100% of the proceeds benefit the local Tallahassee Ronald McDonald House.
We are seeking approximately 60-70 event day volunteers to do everything from setting up tables and chairs, decorating, registration, silent auction setup to cracking 850 lbs. crab, as well as parking. And of course what goes up, must come down…so breaking down and cleaning up are volunteer options as well. We will need a group to help pack and load everything back on the trailer that night begining around 10pm This event is always a lot of fun for everyone from start to finish. If you are interested in helping to support families in their time of need, this is a great opportunity. Please consider sharing this plea with your members and associates.
