Who We Are
Launched in 2018, STEMS4Girls, Inc. is passionate about promoting greater access to afterschool science and technology enrichment activities and resources in all communities regardless of zip code or gender.
We aim to increase the number of minority girls with less than a 2.5 GPA in STEM education and careers by empowering them with greater access to STEM literacy and resources.
What We Do
In response to meeting the demand for human resources in the fastest growing sector in today's economy STEMS4Girls (S4G) will partner with other community organizations, and like-minded businesses and individuals involved in raising public's awareness about the need for early childhood STEM education for all children. S4G' afterschool programs will offer STEM literacy activities, mentoring, and tutoring services to children and youth attending schools in under served communities. S4G is continuously seeking financial and human resources to fund and manage our programs. S4G is also a vehicle for people of all ages and backgrounds to give back to the community and earn community service hours.
Volunteers must be 12 and older. Does court mandated volunteers, must be misdemeanors.
