The Florida State Alliance of YMCAs represents 18 Ys with more than 120 locations helping strengthen communities throughout Florida.
What We Do
YMCA READS! is a literacy and mentoring program targeting students Kindergarten through Fourth grade. The Florida State Alliance of YMCA's runs 2 YMCA READS! programs in Tallahassee. They are located at Ruediger Elementary and Riley Elementary. We are looking for volunteers to make a positive impact in the lives of children through reading instruction and mentorship.
