Who We Are
Splash Pals is an organization that gathers students to learn about adapted aquatics and the benefit it provides for individuals with physical and development disabilities and provides volunteering opportunities for the club's members to gain real world hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities. It is also a chance for the club's members to learn about specific disabilities and how to interact with these individuals, network with like-minded students and professionals, and build meaningful relationships with children with disabilities.
What We Do
Splash Pals Adapted Aquatics is a therapeutic swimming and aquatic recreation program for children with disabilities where our chapter’s members partner up in small groups with the children participants and engage them in swimming, exercise, social interaction, and play. It’s basically a little pool party for the children and it’s super fun and rewarding to be a part of!
